OhZone DEPLETION -- We'll will be offering five cocktails featuring OhZone for $6.50 each. The OhZone girls will be passing out samples for you to try. You can choose from OhGasm, LemOhn Drop, CosmOh, MojitOh, and the Red ZOhne. If you haven’t tried the OhZone, you’re missing out. Come sample some and order an OhGasm or two or three… Free appetizers! It will be a fun event with t-shirt give-away, music, lots of OhZone, and maybe some dancing! OhZone depletion is a good thing. "Let us elevate your spirit".

OH YES! -- Richard Oh is the creative genius who crafts Otter Cove Winery's outstanding and surprisingly affordable Rieslings, Chardonnays, Syrahs, Pinots, and Gewurztraminers. Not to mention his own "Oh" label Pinot Noirs. Even better, the grapes are all from local Monterey or Santa Lucia Highlands vineyards. We love that.

Like a lot of winemakers, Richard knows a thing or three about great food, too. As a good friend and fan of LALLApalooza, he was kind enough to join forces with our own Chef Luis Osorio to create an incredible wine-pairings event turned out to be an amazing night for everyone. The featured entree was Fresh Monterey Bay Abalone with Pasta. We like to call it "Oh-balone" in his honor. (But we're not quite sure he thinks it's as funny as we do). The wine event is over, but we'll keep serving this signature delicacy -- on a limited basis.

Because of the strict limits on abalone harvesting -- we can only offer it on Friday and Saturday, and only till supplies last. So if you get here too late and we're all out, we'll have to tell you, "Oh: No."

THE BIG OH -- Here's where all the preparation really paid off: Our big Richard Oh Wine-Pairing Dinner. A four-course (plus intermezzo) indulgence where each offering was perfectly paired with one of Richard's incredible vintages. All for just $55. That's right: four off-the-menu courses specially created by our own Chef Luis Osorio to bring out that wonderful wine character Richard worked so hard to achieve.

The event was a blast and Chef Luis really brought his A game for this one. Not only were the individual dishes deeeeelish, but the wine pairings were something special -- each complementing the other. Superb. Thanks to Richard and Luis for all their inspired efforts!

NEW DINNER MENU -- To keep things fresh and a little lighter for the summer, we tweaked our menu to feature Small Plates and a new selection of fresh oysters.
